The Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer performs identity and access management tasks related to end user access, such as access additions, modifications, deletions and disables from various systems. The Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer validates roles and entitlements within the IT systems. Identifies role entitlement inconsistencies and provides resolution. Conducts user recertification reviews, as defined by company policies. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Must have expert proficiency with RACF administration including user IDs, groups, datasets, resources, and SSL certificates
Should be familiar with the following: RACF (IDs, groups, xref, GSO, datasets, resources, certs), DB2, IDMS, JCL, Host-On-Demand macros, Microsoft Office, Service Now, ABEND troubleshooting, process documentation

Required Qualifications

  • A degree related to access management, IT, or information systems or five years' specific experience in Identity and Access Management.

  • 5+ years' experience with RACF security administration including user IDs, groups, datasets, resources, X.509 certificates, and keyrings.

  • Experienced with Complex Data Analysis and evaluation related to IAM or Cyber Security

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the following:

  • RACF (IDs, groups, xref, GSO, datasets, resources, certs, keyrings)

  • DB2

  • IzWS

  • JCL

  • Host-On-Demand macros

  • Microsoft Office

  • Service Now

  • ABEND troubleshooting

  • Process documentation

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$89,000 - $121,400 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
