Key Accountabilities:
Training
Organization of training courses
Subsidies to be recovered (Co-financement)
Talent Acquisition
Selection of candidates
Onboarding of new joiners
Follow-up of integration during the trial period
Career Fair management and follow up
Immigration/VISA support
Hiring Statistics
Maintain the HRIS system up to date to prepare internal audits
Prepare and participate in Talent Reviews and Calibration processes
Communication
Update and maintain our internal communication channel
Coordinate various HR projects including employer branding, well-being at work, gender equality…
Other HR topics
Manage Internal and external audits
Support payroll activities
Run regular statistics, reports and KPIs
Ensure the respect of rules and regulations
The successful candidates may be involved in any other HR matters to relieve the team
Qualifications and experiences:
At least 6 years of experience as HR Generalist in Luxembourg
Good Knowledge of Luxembourg labour law, social security and tax aspects
Positive, proactive, action oriented,
Good communication and a high sense of confidentiality
Team-spirit and good sense of humour (it is always better 😊)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Workday would be a strong asset
Strong attention to detail
Fluent in English is mandatory. French or German would be an asset.
