Nerdy is looking for a Senior HubSpot Administrator (Full-Time Contractor) to join our team. As a Senior HubSpot Administrator, you will support the implementation of the HubSpot CRM platform within our organization. Your role will involve the continued migration, implementation and refinement of the HubSpot platform’s infrastructure to support the marketing, sales, and customer success functions. You will support the work to streamline our processes, improve user experiences, enhance our customer engagement strategies and drive efficient data management and analysis through HubSpot.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with managing large scale HubSpot implementations, facilitating third-party app integrations and optimizing technology to meet stakeholder needs.
  • 3+ years working within marketing, sales or customer success teams in a B2B/SaaS organization. Experience working within multiple stages of revenue lifecycle management is highly preferred.
  • HubSpot certifications such as HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, HubSpot Sales Software Certification, Sales Enablement Certification and others are highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to make complex or technical content accessible and understandable by a non-technical audience for the purposes of creating shared understanding, facilitating decisions and building trust.
  • Ability to translate stakeholder challenges into creative solutions, project timelines and business outcomes.
  • Self-starter with a strong bias for action and the ability to independently drive results in a fast-paced, ambiguous and dynamic environment.
  • Able to develop highly-detailed customized reporting and dashboards to provide business performance insights and make recommendations on process improvements.
  • Understand and appreciate that Nerdy is an apolitical company and that we can have the largest impact if we are united in our focus on helping people learn and not divided or distracted by advancing unrelated causes.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Strategy and Optimization: Stay up to date on industry trends, HubSpot platform developments and VT4S organizational objectives to ensure that the platform is highly-functional and is best positioned to maximize business outcomes. 
  • Revenue Enablement and User Experience: Collaborate closely with leaders throughout the VT4S organization to identify needs, devise solutions, and implement them, while prioritizing the end-user experience.
  • Integration and Automation: Identify and lead the HubSpot integration of third-party tools and systems that will further enhance organization’s effectiveness such as DealHub, Dedupely, GeoMapper and Gong.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data analysis to create and manage custom reports and dashboards in HubSpot, tracking KPIs throughout the revenue lifecycle to guide strategic decisions and improve processes.
  • Training and Support: Own the documentation of your development work and partner with the Sales Enablement team to drive new process implementation.
