We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HRIS Analyst with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in HRIS systems, particularly Employee Central position management and Onboarding 2.0. The ideal candidate should also have prior experience working with a third-party Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that integrates with Employee Central, preferably Lever or SF RCM. The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for optimizing Employee Central and Lever.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee requirements gathering, system configuration, maintenance, and support for Employee Central and Lever.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and data integrity between Employee Central and the third-party ATS system or RCM.
- Perform system configuration, customizations, and enhancements to meet evolving HR needs.
- Develop and maintain system documentation.
- Conduct regular audits and data integrity checks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information within SuccessFactors and Lever.
- Provide end-user training and support to HR and TA and other stakeholders on Employee Central features and Lever, functionalities, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in HR technology, specifically Employee Central and Lever to propose system enhancements and process improvements.
- Lead and participate in system upgrade and enhancement projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Employee Central, RCM, or another ATS supporting a global organization.
- Proven experience in supporting a third-party ATS system/or Lever that integrates with Employee Central.
- Strong technical expertise in SuccessFactors preferably Employee Central.
- Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
