Job Description:
Entegris is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic HR support for our Engineering, Research and Development (ER&D) and select Business Units within the newly formed Advanced Purity Solutions Division. This role will partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with Entegris business goals, ensuring the delivery of high-impact people solutions that drive performance, engagement, and growth. This role will also be critical in building organizational capabilities by attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining top talent within the business.
This role will:

Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into critical HR actions, programs, and initiatives.

Act as a trusted advisor to the Engineering, Research and Development (ER&D) and select BU leadership teams, providing insights and guidance on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.

Drive HR initiatives that support business priorities, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Partner with leaders to foster a high-performance culture, aligning employee development strategies with organizational goals.

Lead change management efforts in collaboration with leaders, ensuring smooth implementation of business transformation initiatives.

Act as a catalyst for change; guides and directs organizational design, development and change management solutions.

Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the supported teams, driving initiatives that foster an inclusive work environment.

Manage employee relations matters, providing coaching and resolution to ensure a positive work environment.

Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.

Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with business needs.

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver tailored HR solutions in talent management & development, total rewards and more.

Communicate complex information in an understandable, organized, concise manner.

Coach management team on leadership and HR issues including application of HR policies and processes, restructuring, complex employee issues.

Implement large scale initiatives (i.e., roll out annual programs, new programs/policies, etc.).
Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.

12+ years of Human Resources experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment)

Experience working in a global, matrix organization and partnering with global leadership and HR teams.

Proven experience leading and supporting complex, global change management initiatives.

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
