As a Country HR Manager, you will be managing full spectrum of including Headcount planning & reporting, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, rewards & recognition, employee relations & engagement, learning & development, talent management and drive change for improvement and enhancement in HR related matters for the organization.
In this role, you will be direct reporting to VP HR GC, and work closely with Managing Director-TW for HR Initiatives implementation & enhancement.
Responsibilities:
- Own full spectrum of human resources management which include of headcount planning & reporting, recruitment & talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, rewards & recognitions, performance management, employee relations & communication, learning & development, talent management, and overall well-being of employees.
- Business Partnering with Division Leaders and Country Manager, act as trusted partner and coach managers on people issues. Besides, this role has oversight to GBS/COE centers in KL.
- Lead a team of 3 HR personnel to ensure delivery of HR priorities to add value to the organization.
- Manage payroll administration and required statutory contributions, timely compiling, and submission of HR reports.
- Administer employee benefits programs and recommend changes to ensure competitiveness.
- Execute HR best practices, policies, procedures, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Lead employee on/off boarding process and procedure.
- Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in developing sources of qualified candidates, screening, testing and selection of applicants for key roles.
- Provide support to key HR processes such as annual performance review, compensation planning, communication, and performance management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business or equivalent.
- Min. 10 years’ experience in end-to-end HR Generalist and business partnering.
- track record in drive changes and improvement for HR and organization.
- Knowledge in Workday HR system will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal all level of stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
