We are seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive global compliance and employee relations policies that drive organizational success. In this critical role, you'll provide expert guidance on complex compliance and ER issues, resolve grievances, and ensure adherence to employment laws across all operating regions. With significant autonomy, you'll foster a positive workplace culture, spearhead employee engagement initiatives, and manage performance improvement processes. Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Policy Development & Tracking: Develop and implement employee relations policies that align with organizational goals. Manage investigation tracking and ensure consistent, fair application of policies across the organization.
  • Guidance & Support: Provide expert advice and support to managers and HRBPs on conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances to achieve fair, effective solutions. Conduct exit interviews and deliver actionable feedback to enhance employee relations.
  • Training & Development: Design and deliver employee relations training for managers and employees, equipping them to handle workplace issues effectively. Monitor trends and recommend proactive measures.
  • Compliance & Collaboration: Partner with HR, legal, and business leaders to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and to drive initiatives that boost employee engagement and retention.
What You'll Need:
  • 8+ years in employee relations or a related HR field, with expertise in managing complex employee issues and federal contract compliance; international experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with preference for a JD. A professional certification in Employee Relations or Human Resources Management is preferred
  • Advanced conflict resolution, mediation, and legal knowledge, paired with strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and effective employee relations strategies.
  • Experience in developing and executing manager ER L&D

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:

$104,265$130,000 USD
