We're on the hunt for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner who's excited to make a real impact on our people strategy and organizational success. You will primarily partner with our Silicon business executives and Corporate Functions leaders here in the US, while collaborating with our HR team around the world to ensure alignment. You will be at the heart of helping build a culture of growth, innovation, and excellence. Think of it as a mix of strategy, coaching, and hands-on HR work.
What You'll Do
- Partner with senior leaders and executives of the silicon Business and Corporate Functions to Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the business's goals and objectives.
- Offer coaching and strategic advice on performance management, talent development, succession planning, compensation, employee retention, and more, to help build leadership pipelines and foster employee growth.
- Work with various HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and HRMS, to ensure alignment on HR initiatives and address business needs.
- Manage change by supporting the organization through transformations, ensuring smooth transitions, and promoting employee engagement and adaptability.
- Partner with Executives on Employee engagement action planning and tracking
- Oversee employee relations, offering advice on policy, investigations, and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Use data and technology to spot trends, make recommendations, and address any emerging concerns about employee engagement or business performance
- Collaborate & align with HR teams globally to ensure consistent execution of HR strategies and best practices, adapting them as necessary for local contexts.
- Provide oversight and guidance the Global HRBP team that supports the Silicon Business and Corporate Functions.
- Handle HR audits and ensure we stay compliant with policies and regulations.
What You will Bring:
- University degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, working with leaders at all levels.
- Experience working in a publicly traded technology company.
- Experience in supporting IPO transitions, including understanding the strategic and operational challenges related to scaling HR operations.
- Strong understanding of core HR functions like performance management, leadership development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
- Experience/Understanding of payroll and benefits in the US.
- Experience managing organizational change during Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) is a strong asset
- A solid grasp of US employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday.
- Excellent communication skills—you are proactive, resourceful, and know how to get things done.
- A record of accomplishment of influencing senior leaders and navigating tough decisions.
- The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Salary and Benefits
Your contribution will be recognized with a base salary within the range of $150,000 to $200,000 annually as It is influenced by your qualifications, experience, location, and the internal equity of our team to ensure fairness and consistency across roles. In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, employees are also eligible for additional compensation opportunities, including a short-term incentive program, Retirement & Saving Programs and participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
