As a key member of the first APAC International Growth Squad reporting to Senior Manager – International Growth, APAC, you will be responsible for driving growth and improved customer experience for Acquisition and Retention experiences such as in-product high-value customer touchpoints, checkout, subscription management across consumer and business customer journeys.

This is a critical area of growth for Adobe where you will partner closely with key regional APAC teams and stakeholders as well as, Corp partners in Marketing, Design, Analytics to identify and prioritize key areas of opportunity for growth. This role is suited for an experienced specialist with a strong growth mindset to understand the ever-changing customer trends and can quickly adapt to new strategies to drive the best customer experience using data and research. This will drive vigor to continuously test, measure and learn against what is best to build culturalization for International Growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Analytics, Product teams and key Regional stakeholders and teams, to deeply understand unique customer behaviours across Creative Cloud & Document Cloud in APAC
  • Develop and drive a meticulously prioritized Growth experimentation roadmap that aligns closely with business performances and customer needs
  • Lead test execution across multiple surfaces to unlock incremental business value while improving customer experience
  • Collaborate with multiple surface Product & Growth teams to unlock seamless business experience and influence the regional direction for testing
  • Relentlessly derive hypothesis for the next areas of growth and optimization
  • Partner with Corp and relevant teams to optimize for outcomes that is in best interest of region and International teams, in key and emerging regions
  • Regularly surface experimentation findings, insights, and opportunities back to the cross-functional teams

Skills:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with an emphasis on A/B testing and conversion optimisation
  • Proven experience with experiment design, execution, insight, iteration and ultimately driving revenue through your efforts
  • Experience creating data-informed hypothesis that will power experiment design and findings
  • Highly collaborative – experience aligning with cross functional teams to launch high-impact projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to derive clear and concise narrative from data
  • Hands-on experience with web and business performance analytics
  • Experience with APAC markets (notably ANZ, Korea) is an advantage
  • Native proficiency in English is a requirement; additional languages like Korean and/ or Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
