About the Role

We are looking for an innovative Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead our growth and experimentation initiatives. You will focus on improving the buyer journey, optimizing paid campaigns, and enhancing website messaging and user experience. Your work will involve developing and executing strategies that convert visitors into loyal customers across Quilt's brands. If you are passionate about using data to drive growth and creating meaningful user experiences, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies to drive conversion improvement across Quilt's websites and digital experiences, such as optimizing landing page designs, improving call-to-action placements, and enhancing buyer journey flows.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey by conducting in-depth analyses of user behavior, website performance, and conversion metrics.
  • Plan, execute, and manage A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and user testing to optimize user experiences and increase conversion rates in a high test frequency setting across 20+ brands.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, marketing, and engineering teams to implement and test hypotheses aimed at improving performance.
  • Build dashboards and regular reports to communicate experiment outcomes and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and optimize landing pages and website copy for various campaigns to enhance user engagement and conversion.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other CRO platforms to measure, analyze, and act on data.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and proactively suggest innovative strategies to improve conversion and drive growth opportunities for the organization.

Our Ideal CandidatePreferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, or a similar role focused on improving conversion and customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; proficiency in CRO tools like Google Optimize, Hotjar, Lucky Orange, and similar.
  • In-depth understanding of consumer psychology, advanced digital marketing strategies, and user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Experience creating and optimizing landing pages using platforms such as HubSpot, WebFlow, Unbounce, or WordPress.
  • Familiarity with growth marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple experiments and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate experiment results clearly.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for conversion implementation.
  • Experience with e-commerce or SaaS businesses focused on SMB.
  • Certification in Google Analytics or other digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of personalization strategies and how they can improve conversion metrics.
