As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Integrated Media, you'll be the driving force behind our full-funnel media strategy. You'll collaborate across teams to craft and deliver impactful campaigns that span the entire customer journey, from awareness to conversion. You'll analyze data to optimize performance, allocate budgets strategically, and ensure a consistent brand experience across all channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional media expertise who can balance multiple priorities and drive business growth.
What you’ll do:
- Develop media strategy and execute integrated marketing campaigns that span the entire customer journey, from awareness to conversion.
- Collaborate with brand, creative, growth marketing, analytics and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and a consistent brand experience across all channels.
- Plan and allocate a marketing budget across different channels and initiatives, balancing brand-building activities with performance-driven campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify key insights, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve overall business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in integrated marketing.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of our overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Minimum Basic Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus, but not required.
- Capable of effectively balancing brand awareness, category consideration, and direct response initiatives.
- Expertise in a variety of marketing channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, out of home, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Have managed sizable media budgets and optimizing spend based on performance insights.
- Capability to pivot and adapt strategies quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.

- A strong collaborator who can build relationships and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders across the organization.

CA Pay Transparency Notice:

That’s why we implemented role-based compensation, which ensures people who are in the same role receive the same pay with variations for geographic location only. It’s all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The CA base salary for this role is $225,475 plus equity and benefits.
