Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the monthly sub-consolidation process for CPS legal entities using Tagetik.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for CPS legal entities. Contribute to the Group's financial reporting and analysis, particularly related to CPS performance.
- Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and IFRS standards. Collaborate with the wider Finance team to align accounting practices and reporting structures.
- Support in the transition of CPS from Tagetik to YouGov's new consolidation tool.
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles.
- Experience with Tagetik.
- Proven track record in managing complex sub-consolidation processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders across the Group. Experience in post-acquisition integration and financial harmonization preferred.
- Fluency in English and German both written and spoken
