Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting designs that are visually appealing to the target audience:
- Demand generation projects to drive sales conversion: Online campaigns, webinars, and field event collaterals.
- Building designs for product marketing and conversion rate optimization: Landing page, GIFs, social media, whitepapers, and guides.
- Design collateral for Internal Enablement: Battle cards, one pager, guides.
- Collaboration with the stakeholders and project management:
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Manage projects effectively to create engaging graphics for diverse media (website wireframes, landing pages, ad creatives, and promotional GIFs).Continuously experiment and refine design strategies for optimal results.
Job Requirement
- 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design/Visual Design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Consistently delivering visually appealing designs that align with industry standards and contemporary trends.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to align designs with the preferences of the target audience.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and composition across various media.
