FTI’s Graphic Design Specialist enthusiastically supports the design and visual branding efforts set forth by the Creative Services Team and FTI's overarching brand strategy. The individual will be in the forefront of executing visual applications such as marketing collateral, customer presentation design support, brand identity elements, social media art, branded event support and internal communication materials. The Graphic Design Specialist will have a strong aptitude for applying FTI branding to multiple genres, while maintaining a superb attention to detail, an ability to flex seamlessly between widely varying projects, while operating under tight deadlines. A positive attitude and team-centric demeanor is an essential ingredient to successfully operating within the holistic Marketing Communications team. Strong design skills within the Adobe Creative Cloud platform, specifically Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, are essential.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Associate’s degree or higher (preferably in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing or Advertising) or equivalent work experience.

Experience: Minimum of five years of design experience using is required or any appropriate combination of education and experience as determined by management.

Required Skills:

Adobe Creative Cloud; Microsoft Office; Photo Composition

Travel: 5-10%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides all-encompassing design support (concept to creation) to a wide range of projects which serves FTI and its division brands.
  • Ensures branding and design are consistent with the company's overall branding strategy.
  • Assists in the maintenance and organization of the company store through production art, product assortments, promo items and visual assets.
  • Works independently and has the creative troubleshooting techniques to achieve success.
  • Assists the Creative Services Manager in the coordination efforts for external vendors/agencies (e.g. printers, signage and apparel partners) to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrates FTI’s mission vision and values, and consistently displays the characteristics set forth by the Culture of Care.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
