We are seeking a Senior Global Sales Performance Manager to take responsibility for our B2B Sales performance, reporting and optimization to work as part of our Global B2B sales excellence team. If you are passionate about data, reporting, generating valuable business insight and driving sales excellence in one of Europe’s largest fuel & convenience retailers then we want to hear from you. The Role:
You will play an important role in driving B2B sales analysis, reporting, insight & corrective actions to support various commercial and sales performance improvement initiatives within European & North American B2B business. The role will benchmark commercial performance and operations across business units sales teams and look for root-cause of high/low results in order to leverage learning across business units and support with recommendation of corrective actions. This role is for a highly analytical professional with a passion for leveraging data to improve commercial outcomes and elevate sales processes.
You will support B2B sales pipeline management and customer value optimization initiatives, by analyzing, evaluating and suggesting improvements to the sales performance throughout the B2B sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:

Support with relevant reporting frameworks to support commercial initiatives & process improvements.

Lead a team of 4-5 people from analyst to manager level.

Benchmark sales and commercial performance results across BUs, identify value drivers in term pipeline management and customer value optimization to leverage learnings across business units

Support decision making in relation to resource planning and resource allocation through data modelling.

Perform in-depth analysis of sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.

Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making for senior management and sales leaders.

Work closely with sales teams, finance, marketing, and other key stakeholders to align on goals and priorities.

Present findings, recommendations, and forecasts to management in a clear and compelling manner.

Identify gaps in current sales processes and performance management systems and propose improvements.
Key Requirements:
-
BSc or MSc in relevant degree (Finance, business administration, economics, sales or marketing) .

10+ year experience of B2B sales process and usage of CRM systems eg. Salesforce & Power BI.

3+ year experience of people leadership.

Strong experience in developing models that translates data into concreate advice.

Excellent analytical skills and track record of problem solving and ability to identify & interpret key trends, and develop recommendations for corrective actions.

Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau, MS Excel or other.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills - ability to simplify complex content to easy understandable messages for relevant stakeholders (tech specialists and senor stakeholders).
