Job Description
As a Senior Global Procurement BPA Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) activities within scope of STO Direct Procurement and globally providing insightful and value-added analysis related to vendors and contracts and decision support to the STO Direct Procurement Leadership team and category heads in their organizations. You will be supporting the development and execution of annual operating and long-term financial plans interim forecasts and “what if” scenarios, focusing on the underlying business drivers, key financial and operating metrics and relative sensitivity analysis with STO Finance leadership team and driving productivity and savings in the areas of STO Direct Spend.

Your key responsibilities:

Owning TGT planning cycles consolidation of STO Procurement Direct Spend including FDF and Direct Materials; Deliver budget on time and with high quality.

Leading the consolidation of global year to date performance with Finance Heads of the STO Platforms and Strategy while understanding and managing the underlying dynamics and correlation with the different cost elements.

Managing proactively and explaining deviations of actuals vs TGT/LFs/LOs appropriately, monitoring R&O for STO Procurement Direct Spend and ensuring delivery of financial commitments.

Supporting procurement savings calculation and ensure compliance according to savings guideline. Playing a key role in designing and developing reporting tools, interacting with internal functions to devise solutions that enhance reporting and data management.

Coordinating STO Procurement Direct Spend TPC/Standard costs process for actual and planning cycles with Finance Heads of the STO Platforms and Strategy.

Supporting Projects and benchmarking to increase productivity on a short/long term basis for Sandoz Technical Operations with efficient make vs. buy evaluation.

Acting as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for any financial topic/question in the area of activity and support preparation and participation in STO Procurement Direct Spend management governance.

Responsibility for personal and professional development and the development of the associates and other tasks determined during the annual objectives setting process and by KPIs or assigned by the supervisor and tasks based on a specific appointment.
What you will bring to the role:

University diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant field. MBA is desirable.

Fluent in English.

Knowledge of MS Office.

Minimum 7 years experience in finance roles preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing/development environment.
