What will you do?

• Design and develop game features from initial concept to final release, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and project goals. 
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, keeping the feature backlog up to date. 
• Lead the design production process for features, driving collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 
• Collaborate with developers, artists, and UI/UX designers to ensure the execution of design plans. 
• Define and communicate a clear, inspiring vision for the feature, ensuring all teams work toward a unified direction. 
• Apply your expertise to achieve product goals and create a new player experiences. 
• Leverage analytics and product metrics to make informed, data-driven design decisions. 
• Stay up to date on industry trends, incorporating innovative ideas and best practices into the game. 
• Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and leadership potential. 

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Game Designer with a strong track record of delivering successful titles. 
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams through all stages of game design. 
• Expertise in combat design, system design, economy design, and delivering complex features. 
• Efficient knowledge in UI/UX design, level design, narrative design, and monetization strategies. 
• Experience with game analytics and a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
• Strong understanding of player psychology and behavior, ensuring compelling and rewarding gaming experiences. 
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
• Passion for gaming is essential. 

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Knowledge of the World of Tanks game is a significant advantage. 
• Background in using game engines (Unreal/Unity) and writing scripts for them.  

Work mode

Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
