As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Senior G&A Recruiter to help us scale high-performing teams across strategic and specialized roles in General & Administrative functions—including Finance, Legal, Operations, People, and more. What You Will Do

  • Source With Precision: Build and execute highly targeted sourcing campaigns to attract exceptional, often hard-to-find G&A talent. Use advanced search techniques to uncover qualified candidates in fintech, crypto, or high-growth startup environments.
  • Sell & Pitch: Act as an authentic ambassador for Exodus, effectively communicating our mission, values, and vision in ways that resonate with exceptional candidates.
  • Build & Maintain Niche Pipelines: Partner with G&A leadership and the People Ops team to prioritize roles and define candidate profiles. Develop high-quality pipelines for current and future hiring across G&A domains, using our ATS Greenhouse and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the end-to-end hiring process—role scoping, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding collaboration.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate—regardless of outcome—has a seamless, respectful, and engaging experience at every stage of the process. Serve as a true ambassador of Exodus' mission and values.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with G&A leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, calibrate candidate profiles, build targeted strategies, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
  • Drive Results with Data: Track and share key metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction) to continuously optimize our recruiting engine and show your impact.
  • Own Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify gaps in our recruiting process and take initiative to improve workflows, interview calibration, and candidate assessments. Challenge default approaches and implement smarter, faster ways to hire—without waiting for direction.

  • Experienced: You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong background in hiring for G&A functions in Finance, Legal, People, and Operations.
  • Niche Talent Hunter: You’re confident recruiting for specialized roles. You’re skilled at navigating ambiguous, evolving role requirements and finding exceptional candidates for complex, business-critical positions.
  • Candidate-Centric: You treat every candidate with respect, empathy, and clarity and know that each interaction shapes our brand.
  • Process-Driven Yet Agile: You bring structure and rigor to your recruiting process while remaining agile in a fast-paced environment.
  • Storyteller & Brand Advocate: You’re able to clearly communicate the value of Exodus as a company and opportunity in a compelling way that resonates with top-tier candidates.
  • Organized & Adaptable: Comfortable managing multiple roles and shifting priorities while delivering consistently excellent results.
  • Tech-Savvy Recruiter: You use recruiting data to diagnose issues, drive improvements, and communicate impact. You’re proficient with ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred), sourcing platforms, and AI-enhanced tools like Metaview, LinkedIn Recruiter, and BrightHire.

Benefits

Health: Most of our health insurance plans are covered 100% for you and covered 50% for your dependents. We’ll also cover dental insurance. If you are outside of the United States, we will reimburse you up to $500 per month for any medical and dental insurance for you and your dependents.

PTO: 30 days of paid time off per year on top of a flexible schedule where you can work wherever and whenever. If you’re part-time with us, you’ll still receive 15 days of paid time off.

Unlimited Bereavement: We will pay you your full salary for the first two weeks for the loss of any immediate family members, but we allow you to take all the time you need to grieve outside of that.

Parental Leave: 13 weeks of fully paid leave with and a month of flexible work for the primary caregiver. 4 weeks of paid leave if you are the child's secondary caregiver.

Tax Help: Getting paid in Bitcoin new to you? Don’t worry! We will reimburse you for speaking with a professional tax specialist in your state/country to make sure everything is taken care of.

Our hiring process consists of several different stages. 

Recruiter Interview: If we like your initial application, expect to schedule an interview with a member of our recruitment team. This interview will focus on getting to know you a bit more and will focus on explaining the culture of the company. We want to know more about why you want to join our team, how you feel about our mission and cryptocurrency now, and how it fits into your overall career plan to make sure this is the right place for you.
Assessments: Not every role consists of an assessment, but if yours does, it will be directly related to the job you apply for.

Interview(s) with your future manager: This is to make sure that you are a fit for the role you are applying to and to explore your career history. In this interview, we’ll learn more about the hard and soft skills you possess to help determine if you’d be a good fit for us.

Interview(s) with your future colleagues: We call these focus interviews, and they are a time for you to learn more about your role from someone you will closely collaborate with. It’s also a time for us to see how we align in terms of competencies and expected outcomes of the role.
