This role holds global accountability for championing and management of the Maersk processes for a L2 process scope in a designated L1 process area. The SFPO is accountable for the design, execution, monitoring, and improvement of processes in their scope. This includes establishing process objectives, creating a roadmap, and supervising/leading the implementation of various initiatives impacting their L2 Domain to ensure a positive customer and user experience. The desired outcome is well-defined processes, which work in harmony with our products and platform capabilities. Additionally, the SFPO is an E2E expert for a business Product family for the E2E L1 he/she belongs to and acts as a point of contact for stakeholders outside the team for matters related to the L1 process area in scope.
Responsible for
•Accountable for establishing, co-creating and driving purpose and vision for the TbM - Landside + Air & LCL L2 process area under Source-to-Pay
•Owning and being accountable for the Source-to-Pay Process transformation for all processes under TbM - Landside + Air & LCL
•Accountable for as-is and to-be processes, controls and enterprise health metrics across all strategic priorities under TbM (Global TMS implementation and implementation of CargoWise for Air & LCL). The SFPO will be heavily engaged with these priorities
•Establish definition of process objectives, targets and measurements enabling assessment and improving of process maturity & operational success.
•Deeply understand the daily execution and ensure it is adhering to process and/or process are clear or rectified
•Maintain an up-to-date Process Map library for the L2 processes and associated L3s, L4s and L5s
•Accountable for guiding the prioritization and sequencing of changes & requests that affect his/her process domain working closely with different stakeholders (FPOs, PPOs and BPOs) for the consequent tech development.
•The SFPO leads all dedicated Change Management, post M&A Process enablement, Process Risk and Control and Project work in scope for TbM - Landside + Air & LCL under Source-to-Pay
•Define and implement Business Policies to enable high degree of standardization to the process landscape, incl. negotiation with other process SFPOs on process conflicts or interruptions for an e2e seamless integration.
•Reviewing, approving and communicating process changes and/or improvements and consequent training and adoption plans
•Continuous improvement of processes based on frontline/execution input
