About the Role:
Madison Logic is looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Product Management to lead a talented team of Technical Product Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of critical platform features, particularly in API and technical solutions that enable our multichannel, full-funnel ABM (Account-Based Marketing) platform. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will work closely with engineering teams to oversee the successful execution of our technical product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing the value of our offerings in the competitive MarTech space.
- Oversee the execution and delivery of Madison Logic’s technical product roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. You will be responsible for driving technical innovation, particularly in API services, and enabling seamless integration across all platform touchpoints.
- Lead and support Technical Product Managers as they collaborate with engineering teams to develop technical solutions, including APIs, platform tools, and other infrastructure components that power our platform's features.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for platform-level features from ideation through to deployment and ongoing iterations. Ensure that products meet performance, scalability, and security requirements and that development processes are result in desired outcomes.
- Lead the development of robust, scalable, and performant API services critical to the platform's functionality (e.g., audience targeting, reporting, creative development, and campaign management).
- Use data-driven insights to guide product iterations, ensuring that the technical features you oversee are driving value for clients. Track key metrics and use analytics tools to assess product performance and make informed decisions.
- Work closely with senior leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Be able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity on the impact and value of technical products.
- Lead and mentor the TPM and Design teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration. Ensure team members are equipped to make decisions, solve complex problems, and deliver high-quality technical products.
- Drive the strategy for platform-level features, balancing business needs with technical constraints. Work with TPMs and other product leaders to identify opportunities for platform differentiation and innovation. Guide the prioritization of features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years of experience managing technical products in a SaaS or B2B marketing technology environment
- Proven expertise in API development, platform services, and technical product management
- Strong technical background, with the ability to evaluate technical feasibility, guide architectural decisions, and communicate effectively with engineering teams
- Solid understanding of data-driven product management, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, data visualization platforms, and product performance analytics
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and senior leadership

Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
