What is this position about?
We are looking for a skilled Senior Fullstack Developer, focusing primarily on backend development using FastAPI and supporting large-scale data collection. You will collaborate with engineers on various applications and components while working with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and other technologies. You will contribute to both new and existing platforms, ensuring innovative and high-quality solutions.

Job Description

• Develop and implement scalable front-end and back-end solutions using Python, TypeScript/React, and AWS-native components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.
• Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation.
• Enforce code quality through code reviews and best practices.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and work with DevOps tools such as Terraform and Jenkins.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Participate in agile workflows, including two-week sprints and sprint reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and API design.
• Proven experience building APIs consumed by front-end applications and services.
• Experience integrating with external APIs for data collection and ETL processes.
• Strong background in relational databases, particularly MySQL.
• Expertise with AWS cloud technologies, including ECS, CloudWatch, Lambda, SQS, SES, and S3.
• Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Terraform, and GitLab Runners.
• Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing systems.
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and grow technical competencies.

What about languages?

• Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must!

How much experience must I have?

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
