As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at CTS, you excel at building new features from scratch and possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset. REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience working as a full stack developer writing modern Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience working in a DevOps-centric environment, with a strong focus on continuous delivery and GitOps principles.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL, preferably PostgreSQL. You can design database tables and debug slow queries.
- Experience with building idempotent, event-driven software (Kafka, Service Bus, Event Grid, SQS, Pub/Sub, MQTT).
- You write modular, clean, and testable code that can safely be deployed daily.
- Self-motivated and successful when given a high degree of responsibility and autonomy. Capable of taking ownership of a feature from concept to shipped.
- Familiar with modern cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Bonus Points For:
- You have worked at an MSP or MSP vendor previously in a technical role.
- Experience with low-code workflow building tools, or robotic process automation tools (we use Azure Logic Apps).
- .NET/C# development experience, particularly on Azure Functions extensions
- Experience with building concept designs within Figma
HOURS AND LOCATION
We are a remote-first team operating with core hours in the Eastern Standard time zone. Candidates should expect to participate in a weekly on-call rotation & practice full-service ownership.
