Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dynamic individual with experience in medium to large-scale web applications, from server-side to client-side. Our ideal candidate is eager to learn new technologies, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to contribute to our team's success.
What you will do:
- Research new technologies and integrate them into Redis platforms.
- Collaborate with a scrum team on the development of RedisInsight.
- Integrate RedisInsight into our existing Managed Cloud offering.
- Develop new user-facing features and improve the overall user experience.
- Participate in the recruitment and development of other engineers.
- Work closely with product managers and designers globally to deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Research and integrate new technologies into Redis platforms.
What will you need to have?
- Passion for building, growing, leading, and achieving
- Strong coding skills and 6+ years of experience as an engineer working on both frontend and backend development
- Proficiency with our tech stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js
- Excellent skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proven track record in leading the design and implementation of complex and scalable software
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, positive, can-do and selfless attitude
- Strong team player and leader/mentor of less senior colleagues, prioritizing the team goals over individual goals
- Accountability, resilience, determination, ownership, and a keen appetite for making a positive difference
Extra great if you have:
- Experience with cloud and SaaS products
- Experience deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Technical lead experience
- Experience working with customers and product managers
