We are seeking a customer-centric Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to our web application. The successful candidate will have a proven passion for working with all aspects of product development, including working directly with relational databases, building Web APIs using Java Spring and NodeJS, and constructing user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks, including AngularJS, React, and Svelte. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Full Lifecycle Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
• Collaborative Architecture: Work with cross-functional teams to contribute to system architecture and design, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
• Code Quality and Best Practices: Implement coding standards and best practices, including thorough testing, debugging, and continuous integration.
• Performance Optimization: Identify, analyze, and address performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
• Mentorship and Team Leadership: Guide and support junior developers, fostering an inclusive environment that champions female empowerment and professional growth.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive digital transformation and enhance the customer experience.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and customer needs.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in Java and Spring.
• Strong foundations in client UI development with JavaScript, AngularJS, React, and Svelte.
• Deep understanding of the REST architectural principles.
• Understanding of the MVC architectural pattern.
• A strong understanding of web development with knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) would be an asset.
• Understanding of relational database management systems and SQL programming.
• Proficient with CSS, Bootstrap, and Tailwind.
• Experience with OOP design patterns and best practices.
• Proficient in local Docker development and deployment.
• Ability to manage numerous complex projects in an organized and professional manner.
• Experience managing projects in Jira is preferred.

Additional Considerations:

• Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to design and deploy scalable applications.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
• DevOps Practices: Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code, which enhances deployment efficiency and system reliability.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack development, demonstrating a strong portfolio of web application projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in front-end frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Svelte) and back-end technologies (such as Node.js, Python, or Java), along with a solid understanding of relational databases.
• Development Best Practices: Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code while adhering to industry standards and best practices, including experience with version control systems and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with a track record of efficiently diagnosing and resolving technical challenges.
• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a history of effective collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Leadership Attributes: Demonstrated experience in mentoring or leading teams, committed to fostering an inclusive work environment and encourages professional growth.
• Adaptability: A proactive approach to staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, ensuring a continuous drive toward innovation and enhanced customer experience.
