What You'll Do

We are seeking a Senior .NET Engineer with a a deep understanding of .NET development, data analysis, and reporting tools. Knowledge of PowerBI is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Development: Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications and services that integrate with reporting tools.

• Reporting: Create and optimize complex reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) to meet business requirements.

• Data Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and transform raw data into meaningful insights.

• Integration: Integrate reporting solutions into existing .NET applications, ensuring seamless functionality.

• Performance Optimization: Continuously improve the performance and efficiency of reporting solutions and .NET applications.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of reports, code, and development processes.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, business analysts, and software engineers, to ensure reporting solutions align with business objectives.

• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and solutions.

Requirements and Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6+ years of professional experience in .NET development.

• Strong expertise in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for report development.

• Familiarity with PowerBI is a significant plus.

• Proficient in SQL and database design.

• Solid understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
