Why You Should Join Our FP&A Team:
This is a great opportunity to be an early team member and have an impact, with a lot of room for future growth. In partnering with the Business Operations, Sales, and Customer Success organizations and their operations teams, this role will have visibility with the C-Suite team and be at the heart of Sisense's investment in growth. This role will report to the head of FP&A.
Please note this hire is highly preferred to be in the New York City area, and would ideally be able to come onsite at least once a week.
Responsibilities will include:
- You will develop tools that track Sisense's OKRs and metrics used to evaluate performance
- You will develop/and update monthly forecasts and other key operating activities
- You will identify any gaps in current data or processes needed to develop predictable financial results and work with the business to improve our processes
- You will own the annual budgeting process, including partnering with senior leadership to develop their growth plans in a way that allows Sisense to meet our overall goals and financial targets
- You will manage and validate board reporting metrics
- You will be the trusted finance business partner and advisor to the company’s leadership
What You’ve Accomplished... So Far:
- You have 2+ years of Investment Banking, Consulting, or FP&A experience, preferably covering software companies
- You have a solid grasp of SaaS metrics and basic accounting principles
- You have extensive financial modeling experience
- You have excellent communication skills, executive presence, and ability to work cross-functionally

CO Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in Colorado is up to $120,000 (/yr). The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience and training, education, skill sets, and other business and organizational needs. A bonus, equity, commissions, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. This position may be considered a promotional opportunity. The disclosed salary range represents an estimate of the base compensation for candidates who can or will be located in Colorado. This range may vary with respect to candidates whose primary work location is outside those jurisdictions.
