Job Description
The Senior Fleet Analyst is responsible for the overall management of the company's Fleet of Vehicles for North America for Retail, Food Service and miscellaneous Plant vehicles. This person will be the Kraft Heinz lead to our external Fleet Management Companies providing guidance on our objectives and being the main point of contact internally for all Fleet Management questions. Internal cross-functional contacts include many different levels of the company's organization such as Sales, Finance, HR and Procurement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the overall ZBB budget for the Retail vehicles, working with Finance, Accounting and Procurement teams.
- Provide details for ZBB budgeting for Food Service vehicles to Food Service team for their ZBB planning
- Day to day management of maintaining vehicles for all car eligible employees; order and replace as necessary
- Communication to car eligible employees on any routine vehicle updates
- Onboarding new employees
- Management of transition for employees no longer eligible for Company car
- Own relationship with Fleet Management Companies, providing guidance toward Kraft Heinz objectives
- Develop and manage reporting, utilizing our 3rd party to provide needed updates
- Maintain Fleet Policy working with Field Operations & Policy team
- Key point of contact for Sales teams questions and miscellaneous needs
- Align with Human Resources on any changes to car eligibility and / or personal use charges
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 yrs experience
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment requiring organization, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Confident ability to communicate with many different levels of company management
- Exceptional customer service ability and a high level of professional integrity
- High degree of ownership toward personal, departmental, and corporate objectives
- Extensive analytical skillset and technical ability
- No CPG experience needed but it is preferred

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
