About the Role

Financial Planning & Analysis function for the HS India and ANZ Division. Responsible for Management reporting and analysis, business monitoring, formulation of budgets and perform variance analysis. Responsible for both accurate recording and reporting of transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Providing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting for effective business decision support (BDS)

  • Closing monthly activities and ensuring all transactions relating to revenue and cost are properly classified and recorded

  • Working with our Business Decision Support Lead in preparing ad hoc analysis, answering finance related queries, and preparing presentations

  • Reviewing P&L and preparing variance analysis on key accounts movements

  • Understanding the needs of internal stakeholders to make suggestions for analyses and metrics to drive insights and recommendations.

  • Providing accurate weekly/monthly sales report, forecast by product and compare performance against budget

Requirements

  • Able to give and receive information in an effective professional manner, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience of 5-8 in a financial planning and accounting role with CA/ICWA/ CA(Inter) /master’s in finance
