Innovation is the heart of Brunswick.  See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL.Position Overview:The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making at Land N Sea (LNS), overseeing 13 distribution centers and operations. This position involves developing and managing financial models, conducting in-depth forecasting and financial analysis, and creating insightful reports for senior management. The Senior Financial Analyst will also be responsible for submitting and managing budget and forecast data in corporate consolidation systems, reviewing appropriation requests, and presenting financial findings to key stakeholders.At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.  Essential Functions:

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive forecasting processes, ensuring accurate submission of financial data into corporate consolidation systems.
• Manage the preparation and submission of annual budgets and monthly forecasts for balance sheet and P&L statements, and present budget findings to senior leadership teams at Land N Sea, Mercury, and Brunswick Corporate.
• Build and refine financial models for various operational areas, including warehouse operations, sales and margin forecasting, OPEX, and cash flow management.
• Prepare and present appropriation requests (ARs) for capital expenditures, as well as lease vs. buy decisions, providing thorough financial analysis to support management review and approval.
• Collaborate in the design, testing, implementation, and optimization of financial and accounting systems to improve financial processes.
• Analyze, interpret, and communicate cost and expense variances to management on a monthly basis, offering actionable insights to drive business improvements.
• Conduct research on historical and current financial performance, preparing detailed reports and projections based on analysis. Identify trends and provide recommendations to enhance financial performance.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience with Oracle EPM or similar financial consolidation software is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and demonstrate a continuous learning mindset.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning.
