• Perform the budgeting and forecasting processes for the business.
• Maintain, develop, and improve existing financial budgeting and forecasting models for various departments.
• Support the collection of information from other functions to prepare forecasts, budgets, and strategic business plans.
• Prepare financial data analyses to identify issues, understand causes, and recommend areas for business improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally to understand trends, variance drivers, and forecast updates.
• Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities to meet both corporate and local legal entity requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely financial and management information to monitor business operation plans and progress, ensuring compliance with statutory and financial reporting requirements.
• Initiate and oversee tasks in a fast-paced environment, showcasing problem-solving and discernment skills, such as managing multiple tasks, taking proactive steps, and implementing innovative ideas on projects.
• Support grant activities.

Job Requirements

• Solid operational and financial knowledge of Fab operations.
• Proven ability to interact and partner with operations for their budget and forecast needs.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis to interpret complex financial issues into simpler components for better understanding.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in an analytical role within a business finance or commercial function.
• Familiarity with SAP and Excel.
