Senior Financial Analyst
Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Americas FP&A Director, the Senior Financial Analyst will help manage the Company’s financial planning and reporting activities, including monthly reporting of key enterprise information, the annual operating budget, forecasting, business analysis and long-range financial planning.

Responsibilities
- Provide insightful analysis of business results to business leaders and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendations
- Partner with business leadership on strategic initiatives to drive growth
- Design and build dynamic financial models to facilitate the understanding between drivers and results and communicate results to finance and business leaders
- Produce and analyze financial data monthly, including variance analysis to prior year, annual operating plan and forecast
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage P&L expectations
- Assist with preparation of the monthly financial presentations
- Reporting and analysis including periodic reporting, periodic forecast analysis and deck preparation
- Partner with FP&A leadership to drive better reporting and continuous process improvement
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Strong financial systems experience, preferably Workday, Essbase and Hyperion Planning
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with data analytics and data visualization tools, such as PowerBI is a plus.
- Experience with forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling, data analysis and business analysis
- Comfortable working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills, and excellent work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
Basic understanding of US GAAP
