About the Role
The Senior Financial Analyst role will support the Lifestyle Professional Solutions business unit as a member of the Global Finance team. The key focus includes budgeting, forecasting, and analytics with an emphasis on the business’s commercial activities. This position is also responsible for completing complex management reports and financial models, process improvement initiatives, and developing recommendations for change. A solid knowledge of financial systems is required.
What You Will Do
- Prepare annual operating and capital budgets, long-term planning, and monthly forecasts
- Review and report on variance analysis of actual vs. Forecast, Plan & Prior Year
- Month-end close reporting and reconciliation; review and validate Shared Services’ work submissions
- Support cost center activity including monthly reporting and analysis and leading reviews with Leadership
- Analyze and evaluate the elements of the business unit’s operating results and financial position; analyze and implement aligned options for business unit improvement on expenses
- Ensure SOX compliance as identified by Internal Audit/external vendor in compliance with SOX narratives
- Streamline tools and processes to improve analysis of complex data and make recommendations
- Perform ad hoc projects as required
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field with a Master’s degree or CMA preferred.
- Five or more years of experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of P&L and cash budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and management levels
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy with a heightened sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience developing and executing executive-level presentations.
- SAP or other large ERP and follow-on system experience along with the ability to manage large data sets
- Ability to contribute both as an effective individual and as a proactive team member

What Makes You Eligible
- Availability to travel up to 5% domestically as required.
- Willingness to work remotely with twice weekly trips into the Northridge, CA office as scheduled or requested (this could be on 24-hour notice).
- Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment

Salary Ranges:
$ 83,250 - $ 122,100
