About This Role

We are looking for someone based in our headquarters in Montreal who will act as a Finance Business Partner to support management of various needs including:
- Prepare analysis and reports for management to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in the budget process On a monthly basis, produce variance analysis, financial forecasts, as well as analysis for any potential risks and opportunities fo
- Present the budget, gap analysis and forecasts to the executive team
- Prepare journal entries and provide accurate analyses when requested
- Provide financial support to various stakeholders within the company
Qualifications:
- Accounting title or applicant to the profession, an asset
- 8 to 12 years experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing / operational environment
- Experience in budgeting, gap analysis, monthly forecasting
- Excellent analytical, technical, and organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Ability to effectively communicate with upper management and colleagues across the company.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision while respecting deadlines.
- Responsible for preparing journal entries and providing accurate analysis as requested.
- Provide financial support to different departments of the company
- Good communication skills at all hierarchical levels.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and macros, and financial models
- Customer-oriented
- Bilingual
