Amentum is currently seeking qualified Sr. Financial Analyst to support Integrated Facilities Management within Commercial Operations.
The Job Duties and Responsibilities for a Sr. Financial Analyst will provide support in the following areas:
• Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of more complex financial analysis projects such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.
• Provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projects.
• Prepares forecasts and analysis including annual spend plans and monthly plan versus actual expenditures.
• Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
• Additionally, may conduct special financial and business-related studies and cooperates with other departments in the preparation of analyses.
• Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
• Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
• Expected to lead fellow team members through experience, knowledge and actions.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 7 years of experience and bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or in the field/related area.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.
• Flexible work hour and very good communication skills as this is remote position
