The Finance team at Adonis is a strategic business partner in driving growth and efficiency. We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Manager to own financial operations, planning, budgeting, and reporting. In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to develop forecasts, track key metrics, and inform strategic decisions. This is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to implement scalable financial processes and directly influence company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, month-end close, revenue operations, and investor reporting.
- Own and develop financial and revenue models, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting and reporting.
- Assist with company-wide budgeting, planning, and forecasting cycles, partnering with business owners to align expense plans with growth and profitability targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to allocate resources and inform strategic decisions.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Oversee accounts receivable, invoicing, and payments in coordination with external accounting.
- Partner with external accounting team to ensure accurate general ledger and financial statements.
- Drive efficiencies in billing, revenue planning, and financial reporting.
- Create complex financial models for new deal valuation and pricing, revenue forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Manage external vendors supporting finance operations.
- Support corporate development, including fundraising and M&A.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of finance experience, with growth-stage B2B enterprise tech company, management consulting, investment banking and/or Big 4 firm experience highly preferred.
- Expertise in SaaS business models, recurring revenue dynamics, and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $155,000 - $175,000 base salary. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
