If so, we are looking for you to bring your business partnering skills to Our LEGO Agency, one of the world's biggest in-house marketing agencies!

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the LEGO marketing calendar by driving an efficient allocation of marketing content resource allocation.

  • Utilise data and insights to prioritise investments and deliver productivity savings.

  • Influence future ways of working and respond to changes in LEGO Group marketing strategy.

  • Implement budget scaling model underpinned by activity-based principles.

  • Take full ownership of cost centre planning, forecasting and reporting.

  • Be the trusted finance advisor to senior colleagues on the leadership team and stakeholders across the Marketing Value Chain.

  • Dotted line management of Business Controller.

Our Lego agency team plays an instrumental role in ensuring value creation across the full market in value chain. As our senior finance manager, you will ensure the delivery of our promise, including preparation of the business plan and gatekeeping marketing investments at a global level. You can utilise your excellent intuition for business with finance expertise while acting as a strong finance business partner to senior executives.

Do you have what it takes ?

Ideally, you have finance experience from a similar role in another multinational organisation and possess a strong commercial understanding developed through core commercial and marketing finance experiences. You will stand out as an outstanding candidate if you have:

  • A consistent track record of business partnering experience in commercial or marketing finance as a senior manager within a global brand.

  • Strong commercial business understanding.

  • Navigated complexity and ambiguity with a wide variety of topics.

  • Proven strategic mentality with a holistic point of view.

  • Excellent analytical skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Collaborative working style with ability to prioritise and handle challenging timelines.

  • Experience dealing with uncertainty and regularly changing environment.
