Your contribution
As a Senior Finance Analyst reporting to the Finance Director, Aftermarket EMEA, you will play a critical role in driving financial analysis and reporting for our Aftermarket business group. You will be responsible for consolidating financials, preparing monthly reporting packages and a full financial statement for the business group.
Key Responsibilities: What you will do

Consolidate financials for the aftermarket business group, analyzing plan vs. actuals and identifying key trends and insights.

Prepare monthly reporting packages and presentations for Aftermarket leadership, highlighting financial performance, variance analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Support key financial initiatives including Business Warehouse, OneStream and PowerBI, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives.

Review the accuracy of balance sheet accounts, analyzing trends and addressing discrepancies in a timely manner.

Implement cash flow management and forecasting techniques utilizing new technologies, leveraging data analytics and predictive modeling to optimize working capital efficiency.

Identify opportunities for process enhancements and controls, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and improve efficiency.

Foster a positive work environment by sharing insights, collaborating with colleagues, and demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: What we look for

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, and/or accounting roles.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation skills.

Experience with Business Warehouse, OneStream, or similar financial systems preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to review complex financial data with accuracy and precision.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
