Job Description
As Accounts Receivable Analyst 3 will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient management of rebates-related data, aiding in decision-making processes and improving financial performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Extraction and Transformation
- Extract rebate data from various sources and systems
- Utilize macros and other tools to extract, transform and load (ETL) data for rebate analysis.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Generate and distribute timely, accurate and insightful reports related to rebate programs, helping in decision-making and strategy.
- Create dashboards and data visualizations to convey insights effectively.
- Create and maintain reporting templates to track analyze rebate performance.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
- Rebates Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and maintain rebate-related data.
- Analyze rebate agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in the calculation and processing of rebates.
- Documentation and Process Improvement
- Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, processes and reports
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance reporting processes and data quality.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Data Analytics, or similar)
- Proficiency in Excel, including the use of macros for data automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Flexibility in work schedule
PREFERRED:
- Accounting graduate preferred
- Previous experience in rebate management, financial analysis and related fields is a plus
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and database systems is advantageous.
