The Senior Field Marketing Representative is a key player in executing high-impact, regionally-focused marketing strategies for ServiceRocket. This role is centered on owning and managing field marketing events—such as executive series in-person events, user groups, participation at conferences, trade shows, and local events and webinars—that generate demand, expand the sales pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth in key markets. The Senior Field Marketing Representative takes full responsibility for event planning and execution, ensuring that regional marketing efforts are tightly aligned with broader company goals while providing a seamless, high-quality experience for prospects, customers, and partners.
This position requires an expert in event marketing, focused on creating memorable, engaging experiences that build brand awareness, foster customer relationships, and create opportunities for sales teams to engage directly with prospects and customers. The Senior Field Marketing Representative works closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure that marketing events are well-aligned with customer needs and deliver value to the business.
What you’ll be doing 💪
- Proactively identify and qualify prospective customers leveraging business directories, industry events, and community engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing teams, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Educate customers on the value proposition and benefits of our solutions
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies to promote our services and product offerings
- Participate in customer calls to understand needs and build relationships
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies in partnership with Account Executives to increase funnel conversion rates and generate high-quality leads
- Drive sales growth and account management within assigned territory
- Act as a subject-matter expert on all things ServiceRocket–products and services
- Reporting on activity through company-required platforms. At times, present updates to the Leadership team and company
What you’ll bring to the table 🧑💻
- Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience
- Extensive experience in planning, executing, and managing large-scale field marketing events, including user groups, conferences, trade shows, and webinars, with a focus on lead generation and customer engagement.
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM (or similar application) and marketing automation, with the ability to leverage automation for event promotions, registration management, and post-event follow-up.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Deep knowledge of cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with Sales, BDR, Product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of event content and messaging with customer needs and business goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, leveraging synchronous and asynchronous communication tools to ensure seamless connectivity to the global team across cultures and time zones
- Skilled in budget management, vendor negotiation, and event logistics, ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget, while optimizing resources and costs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling event messaging, coordinate with stakeholders, and engage diverse audiences at events.
- Proficient in using HubSpot CRM to track event registrations, nurture leads, and optimize event performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of local and regional market dynamics, with the ability to tailor global event strategies and content to suit specific geographies and customer segments.
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and leadership to optimize lead nurturing processes, ensuring event-generated leads are followed up on promptly and effectively.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with a track record of responding quickly to changing business needs, market conditions, and event requirements to deliver results.
- Ability to drive post-event analysis and feedback loops to continuously improve future events and optimize marketing strategies based on results and customer input.

Our Selection Process 🔎
