As our ABM Lead you will play a critical role in building and executing high-impact, account-focused initiatives that drive meaningful engagement with our most important prospects. You'll craft tailored experiences, events, and campaigns that not only showcase our unique value but also build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the air cargo industry.

This is a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity to be driving the digitalization of air freight and logistics in a fast-growing Series B company backed by leading Venture Capital firms including Index and Bessemer.

🎬 A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

  • Supporting ABM strategy and execution - coordinating and driving highly targeted initiatives to engage and convert key accounts

  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align efforts, develop materials and coordinate initiatives, ensuring that ABM activities directly support pipeline growth and revenue impact

  • Creating and executing multi-channel ABM campaigns that mix digital, events, and personalized engagement strategies and which highlight the unique benefits of our offerings to priority accounts

  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to participate in partner-organized events, trade shows, and conferences

  • Developing and optimizing Creating high-quality, standout events and experiences that go beyond the typical approach, crafting experiences that leave a lasting impression

  • Representing cargo.one with confidence and credibility, both in one-on-one conversations and at industry events.

  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders - engaging decision-makers and influencers with compelling messaging and tailored outreach.

  • Analyzing the performance of our campaigns and tactics, and optimizing efforts for maximum impact and ROI

 

🙋🏽‍♀️ What you’ll need:

  • Proven 7+ years of experience as in Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, or similar role - preferably in the logistics or technology sector

  • A self-starter mindset - able to navigate ambiguity, make things happen, and find creative solutions

  • Charisma and excellent relationship-building skills - people enjoy working with you, and you leave a positive impression

  • Strong event and experience design skills - you think beyond the obvious and execute with high quality (even with the tightest budgets)

  • Ability to pitch cargo.one and engage senior decision-makers with credibility. Bonus points if you have experience working with high-level executives.

  • A data-driven approach to measuring ABM success and continuously improving campaigns

  • A go-getter attitude - you’re hands-on, adaptable, resourceful, and ready to roll up your sleeves
