Job Summary:
We are looking for L&D Specialist at HighRadius to play a pivotal role in driving our organisational learning and development initiatives. This role involves extensive interaction with key stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop targeted learning solutions, and measure the effectiveness and ROI of these initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating impactful learning experiences, facilitating training programs, and building a pipeline of internal facilitators through Train the Trainer programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Scoping Learning Requirements:
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including department heads, business leaders, and Employee Engagement partners, to understand and identify learning needs within the organization.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to determine skill gaps and prioritize learning initiatives that support business objectives and enhance employee performance.
Creating Learning Content and Experiences:
- Design and develop comprehensive learning programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning solutions tailored to the specific needs of the business.
- Ensure learning content is engaging, interactive, and applicable to real-world scenarios in product development.
Measuring Training Effectiveness and ROI:
- Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on business performance.
- Conduct regular analysis of training data to determine the ROI of learning initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management based on training outcomes and effectiveness.
In-Person and Classroom Facilitation:
- Facilitate in-person and classroom training sessions, ensuring an interactive and conducive learning environment that caters to different learning styles.
Conducting and Leading Train the Trainer Programs:
- Design and deliver Train the Trainer programs to build a pipeline of internal facilitators, including business leaders and subject matter experts.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to internal trainers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of learning programs.
Developing Assessment Tools:
- Develop and implement robust assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and the effectiveness of training programs.
- Utilize various evaluation methods, such as quizzes, tests, simulations, and practical assessments, to accurately gauge learner progress and program impact.
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders to provide updates on training initiatives, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Act as a liaison between the learning and development team and other departments to ensure training programs meet the evolving needs of the organization."
Skill & Experience Needed:
- Demonstrate experience as a Learning Designer, Instructional Designer, or Curriculum Developer.
- Solid knowledge of contemporary educational strategies.
- In tune with appropriate assessment procedures.
- Superb written communication skills.
- Ability to source and utilize verified information to create courses.
- Adherence to clients' learning-related requests.
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
