The Senior Growth Executive plays a vital role in driving growth by combining analytical thinking, creativity, and marketing expertise. They continuously test and iterate different strategies to find the most effective ways to improve conversion funnel, and boost customer activation and retention, contributing to the long-term success of the business.

What you will do:

  • Conversions (Funnel Optimization):
    • Analyse the product customer journey and sales funnel to identify conversion bottlenecks, and make data-driven action plans
      • Implement A/B testing and optimize landing pages, onboarding process, and activation process
      • Work closely with the design and development teams to enhance user experience that improve the acquisition, activation and retention funnel performance
  • Customer Activation and Retention:
    • Analyse customer feedback and user behaviour via data to identify opportunities for improving activation and retention.
    • Develop tactical growth campaigns to optimise product usage and loyalty
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct data analysis regularly on key growth metrics and conversion funnels, and present performance reports to stakeholders 
    • Identify trends and patterns to make data-driven recommendations 
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging growth hacking techniques.
    • Continuously test and iterate different strategies to improve growth outcomes.
    • Proactively seek opportunities to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business and Marketing Analytics or a related field
  • Proven experience in growth hacking, growth marketing, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python), A/B testing platforms (VWO), and CRM software(Hubspot)
  • Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to develop and execute growth campaigns. Familiarity with marketing channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
