Responsible to execute and support development initiatives that contributes towards the overall development for the digital banking platform or product enablement for products and/or services. The role entails delivering projects including planning, development, implementing, training and production support within stipulated SLA.
Functional (job responsibilities)

Undertaking the roles and responsibilities to support HLB Internet Banking Platform and Mobile Banking.

Possess analytical and product management skills, including understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Assist team members in eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis

Support and assists team members and project manager in product / channel development projects from inception, testing to implementation.

Work closely with internal stakeholders i.e.: product managers, customer servicing channels, operations and IT to provide an integrated channel customer experience.

Collaborate with relevant departments to establish the required support structure for the business, ie. from UAT to production and post production support

Contribute to any other new assignment and project assigned by Management from time to time.

Manage post implementation support as 2nd tier support to Digital Banking Operation team after project Go-Live for an agreed period of time (before handover to Application Support team).
Education/Qualification

Degree Holder
Experience
-
Fresh Graduate or preferable with at least 2 - 3 years project experience especially in the area of Internet Banking or Mobile Banking.

Possess experience in Online Banking Operations or Product development will be an added advantage.

Team player with the confidence to take the lead to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
