The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $70,992 to $88,740
Job Summary:
Serves as key administrative support to Avangrid Executives. Performs administrative duties under minimal direction and instructions.
Major Responsibilities:
Provides a full range of administrative support to a Business Area or Corporate Function executive including creating correspondence, reports and presentations. Other related duties include:
- Prepares letters, memoranda, and reports.
- Attends meetings and records pertinent information as instructed.
- Produces confidential documents containing complex technical terminology.
- Maintains, compiles, organizes and summarizes data and produces a variety of documents and reports.
- Prepares, files and maintains documents.
- Communicates with various levels of staff and/or external contacts and provides information on a range of issues.
- Assists with the logistics of department programs and meetings.
- Receives, screens, and routes telephone calls, email and correspondence to appropriate personnel, noting priority and importance.
- Collects and prepares information for use by the executive in discussions and meetings with staff and employees.
- Arranges and schedules appointments, receives visitors and assists those seeking information disseminating replies to inquires pertaining to general Corporation policies and programs.
- Maintains effective communication skills to successfully interface with all levels of employees, customers, and other business professionals.
- Plans and manages administrative/company projects as assigned on time and budget.
- Assists in special projects or studies as assigned. Participates in project team scheduling and budgetary planning processes.
- Prepares and administers Project team operating budget; provides recommendations on policies and goals desired; and implements new/revised processes and procedures according to established guidelines.

Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with all levels of management and non-management employees.
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office
- Organization skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, judgment to analyze situations and take appropriate action within the scope of standard practice, instruction.
- Ability to interact professionally with coworkers, management, other Divisions and organizations outside Avangrid including customers.
- Knowledge of organizational operations, and problem resolution
- Strong research and investigative skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is critical.
Required Experience/Education:
- High School/GED and 10 years of relevant experience, or Associates degree or professional certification and 5 years relevant experience
