  • Speech Support: Provide day-of-speech support by conducting AV checks, ensuring the correct speech materials are prepared and available, and coordinating any last-minute adjustments for the CEO. Accompany the CEO on approximately 35% of their travel to provide on-the-ground support.
  • Document Management: Prepare, review, and manage reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain an organized filing system.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with board members, senior executives, clients, and other stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Personal Support:

  • Household Management Collaboration: Coordinate with the household manager for events hosted in the home, home services and maintenance, ensuring the seamless management of the CEO’s personal affairs.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing events, such as family gatherings, dinners, and other social engagements for personal and business purposes.
  • Travel Support: Plan and arrange personal travel, including vacation planning, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO and their family.
  • Personal Finances: Assist with managing personal finances, including bill payments, expense tracking, taxes, and budget management.
  • Personal Taxes: Coordinate with CPA to manage and file personal taxes on a quarterly basis.
