The Sr Enterprise Project Manager role is intended to lead implementations with our strategic and enterprise customers. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee large-scale hardware deployments, programmatic training, and customer onboarding initiatives that fuel the growth of Netradyne’s referenceable enterprise customer base. Working closely with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Field Engineers, you will develop and maintain cross-functional project plans, establish project metrics, and effectively address any issues that arise.

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of strategic and enterprise new customer implementation projects, collaborating closely with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Field Engineering, Executive Sponsors, and key Customer POCs.
- Successfully manage deliverables, ensuring installation and onboarding milestones are met and promptly escalating any issues.
- Track, escalate, and resolve project risks in a timely manner.
- Facilitate the change management process for project scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide effective communication plans, training materials, and internal communications for projects.
- Drive cross-functional efforts to solve business problems that arise during deployments.
- Promote project management best practices and methodology across all projects.
- Perform data analysis to support project performance.
- Map out current and future customer states for key process changes.
- Act as an escalation contact for clients regarding shipment and installation-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Oversee product installations in client vehicles, including accurate shipment of devices and accessories, coordinating technician resources, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues.
- Create installation plans aligned with client needs and internal milestones, setting appropriate client expectations.
- Deliver successful projects by managing meetings, aligning and directing resources, providing status updates, and ensuring timely and budget-friendly work delivery.
- Maintain organized files, use consistent project templates, and communicate the location of all project-related assets and documents.
- Collaborate with business partners, internal teams, and department leaders to align project strategy, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
- Organized and self-starting individual who excels at prioritization and planning for multi-stakeholder initiatives and competing priorities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate complex thoughts and action plans clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheets, Asana, or similar platforms, as well as Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Familiarity with CRM systems from a business user perspective; experience with Salesforce and Gainsight is a plus.
- Track record of delivering results that significantly enhance the customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and direct complex projects involving a wide variety of stakeholders while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience with B2B hardware and SaaS products is a plus.
- Familiarity with in-cab commercial vehicle telematics systems is a plus.
- Experience with commercial vehicle protocols such as OBDII, J1939, etc., is a plus
- Must be willing to travel throughout United States; 10-25%, approximately 2-5 overnight stays per month
