Are you passionate about ensuring IT processes and systems meet the required quality and compliance standards? Do you have expertise in navigating ISO 9001, ITIL 4, GxP and emerging regulations like NIS2 and the EU AI Act? Do you have experience with translating compliance requirements into clear guardrails and orchestrating awareness activities to drive adherence to these guardrails? Welcome to Enterprise IT Quality & Compliance in Novonesis IT

You will become part of a dedicated team of consultants within IT quality and compliance.

As our new colleague you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our increased focus on IT quality and compliance by ensuring our IT processes, systems, and operations across the company comply with industry standards and evolving regulatory legislations. You will together with our Senior Quality & Audit Manager oversee the IT quality management framework to uphold the standards of quality and compliance.

You will facilitate the design and maintenance a single set of enterprise Good IT Practices to ensure compliance across multiple directives. This is being done in collaborating with compliance experts in IT & business to map requirements and find common ground on overlapping requirements. You will orchestrate the necessary awareness and training activities to help colleagues understand how to adhere to the enterprise Good IT Practices.

In this role you will have the opportunity to make an impact by

• Implementing and maintaining enterprise Good IT Practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Coordinating that enterprise Good IT Practices are supported by relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

• Helping us design a framework to drive quality reviews, risk assessments, and IT control evaluations to maintain compliance and ensure audit readiness.

• Providing training and workshops to IT and business teams to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance and quality requirements.

• Identifying opportunities to enhance IT processes and systems, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across IT value streams and technology domains.

About you:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in IT quality, compliance, or a related field—preferably in biotech, pharma, or other regulated industries.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate compliance requirements into good IT practices and procedures.

• Strong communication skills and ability engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization; a solid organizational change management toolbox would be an advantage.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ITIL 4, and regulatory frameworks such as GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, NIS2, GDPR, HIPAA, EU AI Act and financial compliance requirements

• Excellent English language skills – both written and verbal.
