As an Enterprise Account Executive at Trustpilot, you will generate new business opportunities by targeting Enterprise clients, manage the sales cycle, customize proposals, negotiate contracts and manage complex RFI/RFP processes. As a part of our Benelux Enterprise sales team in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for executing a sales strategy for winning the Enterprise segment within your market. You will have the opportunity to influence the direction and structure of how we sell into Dutch corporations.

You will be an integral part of the growth engine of Trustpilot and responsible for developing new business and converting generated leads into new enterprise customers. You know how to uncover your client’s needs and use a consultative approach to offer the best and most valuable solution.

What you'll be doing:

  • Generate new business opportunities with prospective Enterprise clients by targeting key verticals in your market as well as exploring new attractive verticals
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities, building business relationships, presenting Trustpilot via face to face and online meetings, customising business proposals and negotiating contracts.
  • Target some of the biggest logo brands in the Benelux and follow-ups on enterprise leads provided by our sales development and marketing efforts.
  • Manage complex RFI/RFP processes and champion client’s agreement to purchase through order, design, and implementation phases.
  • Forecast and pipeline build in line with quarterly targets.
  • Communicate regularly with our product teams and improve product offerings based on feedback from Enterprise prospects.
  • Mentor Sales development reps and other more junior commercial colleagues.
  • Liaise with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth and professional handover happens between departments.
  • Attend events, present at relevant business forums and webinars to network and create leads, generating interest in the Trustpilot platform

Who you are:

  • Knowledge and proven experience in managing long and complex Enterprise sales cycles within the SaaS industry.
  • Experience with creating and executing business cases and presentations to C-level stakeholders and engaging multiple stakeholders and business units.
  • Comfortable navigating legal, procurement and RFP processes 
  • Self-motivated, innovative, multi-tasker who is creative and analytical
  • Ability to manage high-impact conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner
  • Experience in solution-selling into mid & enterprise-sized businesses across different industries and verticals.
  • Experience with selling in a competitive environment and uncovering new revenue opportunities
  • Flexibility to travel for business meetings & events in the Benelux
  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills
