Fullstack Engineer
Location Qualifications: Bucharest (hybrid 2 x week)
Position Overview:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll be pivotal in crafting innovative solutions that transform the creation, organization, and distribution of sales content. Catering to Sales Enablement specialists and Marketing Content Owners, you'll harness cutting-edge technologies to continuously elevate our platform, maximizing its impact on our users.
You won’t just write code but engineer solutions. Crafting powerful new features, optimizing our codebase, and solving intricate technical challenges. You’ll architect, build, and automate scalable cloud solutions, ensuring every line of code is functional, efficient, and seamlessly monitored. This is your chance to own the entire development process and drive impact at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance features across both backend and frontend
- Deliver robust, maintainable, and testable code
- Design and implement cloud-native software solutions
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment, using an agile, iterative process
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality through effective testing strategies
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with backend systems, including databases and messaging systems
- Establish yourself as an expert of owned components, features or systems with end-to-end knowledge of the landscape
- Successfully complete projects at large scope while maintaining a consistent high level of productivity
Required Skills
Must haves
- Team player
- Experience with Angular or similar web application frameworks
- Experience with a backend programming language like Typescript, Kotlin, Go, Python
- Ability to comprehend complex (cloud) architectures and define improvements
- Experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS
- Experience with the agile way of working
Nice to haves
- Experience with digital asset management, and content management in any of its forms
- Experience with building SaaS products
- Experience with PHP
