The ADEF Team is hiring a Product Engineer who evaluates the reliability of materials, properties, and techniques used in production; Plans, designs, and develops electronic parts, components, integrated circuitry, mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging.
The key responsibilities of a Senior Product Engineer are as follows:
- Develop engineering evaluation and capture boards for new products.
- Plan and execute full product qualifications and evaluations.
- Write scripts that automate control over bench equipment for product characterization.
- Process optimization to streamline activities in aid of test development for a faster time to market.
- Collaborate with the design verification team to identify and mitigate silicon bugs.
- Development of burn-in boards and associated program profiles.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or related fields
- Software development experience using LabView, Python, MATLAB, etc.
- Detailed understanding of reliability stress tests, radiation, and outgassing.
- Experience in automation of high-speed and high-performance lab test equipment.
- Knowledgeable in using simulation tools for front-end development.
- Ability to develop and/or improve existing bench methodologies.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related and progressive experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electronics or any related field of study
- Ability to write and present technical papers.
- Developed project management skills.
- Builds accountability through leadership and coaching.
- Provides feedback and development for team members.
